Adding family members to your account and booking appointments, 1: When you are in your profile click on Family Member tab -2: Enter in Family members information (Name, DOB, PHN, Cell, Address) -3: Click book appointment (Bottom Tab) -4: Select what team you want to book in with (Nurses, Counselor) -5: Select the appointment type -6: Pick the date and time -7: Select Continue -8: Use scroll down menu to select the correct family member
