Located on the 2nd floor of 200 Cowichan Way, Duncan, BC. Please ring the doorbell at the front or contact your worker upon arrival. Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Except for Stat Holidays.
Please call the TWT Health Center at (250)-746-6184 to get connected to the Daily On-Call Counselor between 8:30am-12pm and 1-4pm.
Workers will not respond to afterhour calls, emails, or texts until they are available the following workday. For any urgent afterhours counselling support, please call one of the 24/7 Crisis Lines below until you reach someone.
